The Cove

$1,999.99

A hollow body resonant guitar with retro design and aesthetic. Looks like the most badass old school department store guitar, but with high attention to detail, unreal playability, and the most solid neck joint around.

This one has a flame maple top and back with northern ash sides. Hollow inside with just a block underneath the bridge. A quartersawn neck with an asymmetrical carve literally fits right in your hands. 12 radius bound ebony fingerboard looks stunning and feels so smooth.

For the pickups I’m using Greenville Pickups firebird set. I can’t get over these pickups. I texted Todd from Greenville the minute I got done plugging it in to gush over how great these sound. Very smooth but also articulate. You can get enough highs and lows and you never have too much of one or the other. I have a treble bleed with an orange drop capacitor so your tone never fades when you use the volume. I also have an Emerson paper and oil tone capacitor. If you’re not hip to paper and oil capacitor you are missing out. They make your tone knob so much more usable! That’s why I stick with just two knobs. If those two controls work way better then you are use to, you are not missing out on anything. You’ve got everything you need right there.

For the bridge I’m using Schroeder Guitar Hardware top load bridge. I love the aesthetic on these and the quality is unreal. Just like everything else on this guitar, it just simply belongs.
