Slack Tide Cove

$300.00

This is a $300 non refundable deposit towards the base price of $1630. The remaining cost will be due on completion of the instrument. Tax and shipping has already been factored in.

Your deposit locks in your price and gets you added to the waitlist.

You won’t be treading water with the Slack Tide Cove. This solid body guitar is the little brother to the original hollow Cove. Same unique but familiar shape but with a simpler design. I take away the binding but add the option for a milk paint finish. I love working with milk paint because it’s similar in spirit to one of the reasons I use oils. Milk paint will tell the story of its players life over the years. All the hardware is Wilkinson and the pickups are still a hand wound Phoenix set by Greenville Pickups. We lose the threaded inserts in the neck and swap for wood screws, and keep the ferrules in the body. This also still comes with a roasted flame maple neck and the option of a bound ebony board. We still have a treble bleed on the volume knob and orange drop Capacitor on the tone. A switch will be added once you add the option of a neck pickup.
